My girlfriend and I did the biryani course and absolutely loved it. Shermin is really knowledgeable and passionate. The recipe was really easy to follow and the food tasted amazing.

The Vegetarian Thali Cooking Class was incredible! Shermin taught us how to cook 4 dishes, letting us completely take ownership of our own cooking to learn about the flavours and processes of Indian cooking. Even when booking the course, Shermin gave us a chance to adapt the cooking class to suit what we wanted to learn. This course was the perfect balance of professionalism but in a warming home environment. It’s safe to say I will never cook rice the same again!! I’m so excited to try out these recipes again and dive deeper into Indian cooking. Thank you for such a wonderful morning.

I found the whole experience from booking to the actual day perfect! Allowing for a mixed age range from 7, 17 to 57 we found Sherman an utter delight. Informative, kind and patient (as well as enabling us to harness our inner chef) we created a fantastic Indian meal that fed us again the following day! Thank you.
